By accessing or using our website, services, or applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ParishConnect App or its services, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you disagree with any part, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

ParishConnect App provides digital tools for parishes to manage member profiles, notifications, blood banks, directories, and parish events.
Services are available only to officially registered parishes.

3. User Eligibility

• ◉    Only registered parish members and authorized parish administrators may access the app.
• ◉    Login is allowed only via registered mobile numbers with OTP authentication.
• ◉    Multiple device login with the same number is restricted.

4. Data Privacy and Security

◉    ParishConnect App collects family details, parish profiles, priest information, and history for internal use only.
◉    We implement OTP login, encryption, and prevent screenshots and screen recording for your security.
◉    Parish authorities manage the data. We do not share user data with third parties.

5. Content and Community Rules

• ◉    Users must maintain respectful communication within the app.
• ◉    Any content containing offensive language, illegal activities, or misinformation is strictly prohibited.
• ◉    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• ◉    Services are activated upon parish registration and payment.
• ◉    Once activated, services are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
• ◉    Duplicate payments or inactive accounts may be eligible for refunds after review.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

◉    All content, design, logos, and functionalities belong to Mindbare IT Solutions LLP.
◉    No material from the ParishConnect App may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

◉    Mindbare IT Solutions LLP and ParishConnect App authorities are not responsible for any damages arising from unauthorized sharing of parish data physically or        electronically by users.
◉    We are not liable for interruptions or service downtime beyond our control.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Users are responsible for reviewing the updated version. Continued usage after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
