Diocese management software that respects every parish

ParishConnect is diocesan software that starts with the parish. Your chancery and curia get a clear directory and reporting, while each parish decides how much its deanery, forane or diocese can see.

Parish-first by design

Every parish runs its own office, members and app. The diocese builds on top of parishes, never around them.

Your terms

Call your subdivisions Deanery, Forane, Vicariate or Region. Each diocese or archdiocese names its own.

Parish consent

Each parish chooses Self-managed (directory only), Monitored (view only) or Managed (view and manage). Parish oversight is always the parish's choice.

Diocesan directory and reporting

See every parish's directory details — priest, contacts, address — and diocesan reporting on parishes, oversight and requests.

Roles for diocese, curia and deanery staff

Diocese admins, staff and viewers, plus deanery or forane teams, each get only the permissions they need.

Independent parishes stay independent

A parish without a diocese keeps full control and never appears in a diocesan hierarchy.

Start with one parish

Try it in one parish first, then bring in your deaneries when parishes are ready.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Start with one parish

  2. Step 2

Set up your diocese and name your subdivisions

  3. Step 3

Invite parishes and let each choose its oversight

Questions

Can a diocese see parish member data?
Only with the parish's consent. By default the diocese sees directory details only; a parish can allow Monitored (view only) or Managed (view and manage) access.
Can we call our subdivisions Foranes or Vicariates?
Yes. Each diocese chooses its own term — Deanery, Forane, Vicariate, Region or another name.
Do independent parishes need a diocese?
No. Independent parishes use ParishConnect fully on their own and stay outside any hierarchy.
Is it for Syro-Malabar eparchies and Latin dioceses?
Yes. It works for Syro-Malabar and Syro-Malankara eparchies as well as Latin and Roman Catholic dioceses — see our community pages.
